The whole city, and all 29 municipalities around it.

Where we work

We cover the city of Munich in full and every municipality in the surrounding district, the Landkreis München. There is no part of the city we decline and no municipality we treat as too far.

What does change with distance is the travel component of the price — calculated from the actual road distance rather than a flat rate, so an address in Feldkirchen just past the city edge and one in Aying twenty-five kilometres out are priced for what they actually are.

Which of the three zones applies is decided by the postcode of the address. All 108 postcodes are listed by zone on the prices page — 52 in the base zone, 25 in the outer zone, 31 in the served part of the district.

How distance affects what you pay

Most providers quote a flat rate per district, which is wrong in both directions. From a city-centre base, Unterföhring is closer than Aubing even though one is in the district and the other in the city. Within a single municipality the difference can be several kilometres — in Aying or Sauerlach, with their scattered hamlets, considerably more.

So we calculate the actual road distance to your address. Enter a street and house number in the calculator and you get the figure that will appear on the invoice, before anybody sets off.

The same honesty applies to time. We do not publish arrival times in minutes for any location on this page, because they depend on where our technician currently is. You get a realistic estimate for your address on the phone.

The surrounding district

The Landkreis München is the ring of 29 municipalities around the city. They are separate administrative units rather than parts of Munich — which matters for post, registration and rubbish collection, and not at all for whether we come.

Your address is not on the list?

Then call and ask. The list covers the city and its district; beyond that we decide case by case rather than pretending to a coverage we cannot sustain. A job an hour away at three in the morning helps nobody, and saying so is more useful than a map with no edges.

Detailed local pages exist for every district and municipality listed here, with the building types, access notes and local questions specific to each. They are currently available in German; English versions follow as they reach the same standard, rather than as machine translations of the German text.
