For an emergency, call. We answer around the clock, in English, and we tell you the price and a realistic arrival time before anybody sets off.
For anything that can wait — a cylinder change, advice on a door, a quote for a building — WhatsApp or a visit during business hours is easier, and planned work costs less than a call-out.
Two kinds of availability
Emergency service — around the clock
Nights, Sundays and public holidays included. This is a phone service: you call, we come to you. Work outside regular hours costs more, and the difference is shown openly in the price list rather than appearing on the invoice.
Our premises
You can come to us: for a cylinder, a key cut against a security card, or simply to see that there is a real business behind the phone number.

About communicating in English
This part of the site exists because being locked out in a language you do not speak is a second problem on top of the first. A few practical notes.
- WhatsApp is often easier than a call. Writing gives you time to find the words, and a photograph of the lock tells us more than most descriptions do — in any language.
- Have the address ready in German spelling. Munich street names with umlauts are the most common source of confusion on the phone. Sending it in writing removes the problem entirely.
- Tell us what documents you have. We ask for proof of entitlement before opening, and it saves a wasted journey to establish on the phone whether what you have will do.
- Ask for the total before we set off. Including travel and VAT. Any serious provider will give you one; it is a fair test of the ones that will not.
Calls are answered in English around the clock — the same hours as everything else on this page. If a conversation is easier in writing, send a message on WhatsApp instead; for many people that is the lower barrier, and we answer there too.
