For organisations, this is a recurring task rather than an emergency.

Locksmith services for business

For a company or a managed building, access is not a one-off problem. Staff change, keys go missing, tenants move, and each incident costs time that has little to do with locks.

What reduces that is deciding in advance who may authorise an opening and what it costs — rather than establishing both at the door, usually at night, usually with somebody waiting.

What we do for business customers

Master key systems

Design, supply, installation and ongoing administration. Who opens which door, documented in a locking plan and a key register — so that a lost key is a manageable event rather than a crisis.

For property managers

Framework agreements that settle authorisation and rates in advance, so neither has to be negotiated at the door during an incident. Invoicing against the property rather than the resident.

Emergency openings for commercial premises

Offices, shops, workshops and storage. Same fixed-price principle as private work, with authorisation established through your organisation rather than at the door.

Lock and fitting replacement

Cylinders, mortise locks, tubular frame locks for shop and office doors, panic and emergency exit hardware. Replacement matched to the existing system rather than to what happens to be on the van.

Security fittings for commercial doors

Escutcheons, upgraded cylinders, additional locking on vulnerable rear and basement doors. Assessed against what is actually behind the door rather than sold by catalogue.

Staff changes and key returns

The mundane recurring case: someone leaves and their key does not come back. In a documented system this is a defined procedure. Without one it is a guess about how many keys exist.

Why a framework agreement is worth the paperwork

Not because it saves money on any single call-out — it may not — but because it removes the three things that actually cost you time.

  1. 1

    Authorisation is settled once

We hold on record who in your organisation may instruct an opening. Nobody has to be reached at 2 a.m. to confirm that a caretaker is allowed to call a locksmith.

  2. 2

Rates are agreed rather than quoted

You know the cost of a category of job before it happens, which makes it budgetable and removes the per-incident negotiation. It also means nobody on your side has to judge whether a quote at midnight is reasonable.

  3. 3

Invoicing runs against the property or the company

Not against whoever happened to be standing at the door. For managed buildings this is usually the single biggest administrative improvement, because it ends the reclaim conversation with residents.

What we do not do

Worth stating up front, so nobody builds a tender around it and discovers the gap later.

  • Electronic access control as a full system. Transponder and card-based access is a field we will offer once we can support it properly. Today we work on the mechanical side and say so.
  • Alarm and monitoring systems. Not our trade. Mechanical security stops an attempt; an alarm reports one. We do the first.
  • Underground garage barriers and communal gate systems on an emergency basis. These belong to the building operator and are planned work, not a call-out.
  • Vehicles. We do not open cars, and there is no version of this where we start.

Questions from business customers

Do you offer contracts for property managers?

Yes. For property management companies and facility managers a framework agreement settles the two things that otherwise cost time in every single incident: who is entitled to authorise an opening, and what it costs. Entitlement is established once, in advance, rather than being negotiated at the door each time. Rates are agreed rather than quoted per call-out. Invoicing runs against the property rather than the resident.

For anything beyond a single door we would want to see it first. Photographs on WhatsApp are usually enough for an initial answer.
